What is the impact on youngsters when educators use our
"The A-Team Presents..." curriculum in their classrooms?

We did some research to explore this question. Here's what we learned...

We began with an experimental method and randomized control trial to explore the effects of the curriculum on the social-emotional learning capacities of the participating sample, versus the control sample.

26 teachers and the students in their classrooms from the United States and Australia joined our study!

14 of the 26 teachers were randomly assigned to be in our participating classrooms. These classrooms would implement the curriculum and provide post-lesson assessments.

The other 12 teachers were randomly assigned to act as our control classrooms. They would provide the same assessments, but without using the curriculum or providing any instructions on the social skills targeted in the participating classrooms.

Teachers were given the following weekly instructions. A total of n=341 students (control and participating) responded to posttests to assess their knowledge and understandings of the targeted social skills in the intervention curriculum.
